Monday is normally a day off from work for me, but it is also a day off from my workout schedule. It's important to give your body a day to "recharge the batteries". I talk to a lot of clients that are active and they workout 6-7 days a week. Which is okay if you are superhuman. I used to be that way when I was younger, but have become wiser, especially since I started the TT workouts. After seeing the progress I have made, 3 days a week of interval workouts is ok with me!!
Two weeks into the 3rd TT contest, and I feel that I am doing well. The ab circuits have been extremely challenging. I am determined to see my abs for the 1st time!!.
Train hard but train smart!!
